Amazing doctors, real cures. They are very thorough, and they always follow up with you several times to make sure that your treatment is helping. They are astounding.
I have been a patient of Freeman Family Practice for a few years and I like the NPs there. However the staff has never been very friendly...never a smile or a how do you do...but I could live with that since it seems to be the way of the world these days, but during my last appointment - which will definitely be my last because I will never go back there - the receptionist treated me with extreme rudeness. I had an 8:45 appointment and it was past 8:45 and the door wasn't open so I knocked on the door. There was another lady behind me who had appointment at 9 a.m. The receptionist was very rude and accused me of pounding on the door. The other lady was called in ahead of me. When I asked why, the receptionist was very short and huffy with me to the point of being belligerent. I have high blood pressure and she caused me undo stress and caused my BP and heart rate to raise. Even though I like NP Mary Lopez and Tammy Freeman, I won't go back. Tammy Freeman needs to hire friendly staff who care about patients. I don't know the receptionist's name, but she has long dark hair and i've never seen her smile.
Dr. Tammy Freeman is wonderful, pin pointed most of my problems even before we did bloodwork and was right about all of them! I'm doing great and plan to go to Freeman for a long time!
None of that "prescribe you a pain pill so that I dont have to do my job" that you see so much of around here.
